1. Order Processing Time

All school book orders are processed and dispatched from our Hyderabad warehouse within 1-2 business days. Please note that during the peak academic season (March to June), processing may take up to 3 business days due to high order volume.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your student's books arrive safely and before school starts. Shipping charges are calculated as follows:

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid book sets and orders over ₹2499.
• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹99 is applicable on orders under ₹2499 to cover logistics and heavy packaging.
• Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Hyderabad & Secunderabad: 1-2 business days.
  • Rest of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh: 2-4 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your book set has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Serviceable Areas

AKSHAJ BOOKS LINK primarily serves students across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. We deliver to all serviceable pincodes within these states. We also ship select publications pan-India via our courier partners.

5. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, school hostel closed), our customer service team will contact you. Re-shipment attempts may incur an additional shipping fee of ₹99.
